Refund policy

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase. Cold Wave accepts exchanges on items that are in their original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition) within 7 business days of receiving your order. Exchanges outside of this time will not be accepted.

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, or the item does not fit, in this event, we can offer an exchange for another size or item, or a credit to use at a later date.

All returns are at the expense of the customer.  You will be required to cover both the postage cost to Cold Wave and back to your address.

Please also allow up to 5 business days for your exchange to be processed from day of arrival.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please do not send product back without first contacting us with your issue.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for change of mind. Only returns or exchanges. Shipping costs for ‘change of mind’ or exchanges will not be refunded.

Refunds will only be offered on shipping charges on items that are deemed faulty or damaged. No other reason.
